Request account or data deletion
You can ask Yellow Rock PT to delete your app account and associated personal information, including information received through Google or Facebook sign-in. You do not need to sign in to make a request.
How to request deletion
- Email richard@yellowrockpt.com with the subject Yellow Rock PT data deletion request.
- Include your name and the email address used for your Yellow Rock PT account. Say whether you want your whole account deleted or only particular information removed.
- Where possible, send the request from your account email address. If you no longer have access to it, tell us so we can arrange another way to verify your identity.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents with your initial request.
What happens next
We will review the request and may ask for reasonable identity verification. We will explain what can be deleted, any information that must be retained and the expected timeframe. We will confirm the outcome by email; you can follow up at the same address.
An account-deletion request includes your sign-in account and associated profile, training records, messages and connected social-login information, subject to any necessary retention. Records needed for legal obligations, accounting, safety or resolving disputes may need to be kept. We will explain any applicable exception rather than promise immediate removal of every record. Backup copies may remain until they expire under the relevant backup process.
Important distinctions
- Deleting your account removes access to the app. It does not automatically cancel booked sessions, a training arrangement or outstanding payments. Mention these in your email so we can address them with you.
- Removing Yellow Rock PT from your Google or Facebook connected apps stops that connection; it does not itself request deletion of records held by Yellow Rock PT.
- Deleting Yellow Rock PT data does not delete your Google or Facebook account. Emails or calendar entries already delivered to you are managed separately in your email or calendar service.
